Hi there! Professional Chef/Wedding Cake Designer and long time reader here - I still appreciate the Aritzia Bike Shorts rec on a daily basis! If you can afford it, I would go with the All Clad Dutch Oven - it's stainless steel and doesn't scratch or crack as sometimes the enamel ones do - I have had mine for going on 15 years, and it's used virtually every day and it cleans up like a dream and still looks amazing. If that is not your jam, I would go for the Le Creuset over the Staub just in terms of total weight. The Staub is very heavy and the Le Creuset less so (though still pretty heavy!) When you add in the total weight of ingredients, it's hard to move the Staub. Plus, just more colors to choose from in the Le Creuset family!
