If you’ve been here a while, you know that the ZIIP HALO is hands down my favorite facial device (receipts, proof, timeline, screenshots!!!). But it just got a upgrade that’s made it even more worth your while, and unlike most revamps, they didn’t slap on a higher price tag to match!
A little rewind for the uninitiated—ZIIP HALO is an at-home microcurrent facial device that uses uses electrical currents, naturally found within the skin, to lift and firm the facial muscles and to improve the look and feel of your skin by boosting collagen and elastin production. You’re supposed to use it regularly for lasting results, but to be honest, I also see immediate improvements every time. I’ve spent years talking about it in this letter because the results speak for themselves (how many other things out there give your face an immediate, noticeable lift?!), and because I’ve seen it become SO popular with my own friends and family—my girlfriends have gotten them to prep for their weddings, boys have asked if they could use it before events, even my dad, who couldn’t give two shits about skincare, wanted to try after he saw it in action! To use it, you just slather on a layer of conductive gel (the HALO 2.0 comes with three mini bottles of their luxury gels, each with different active ingredients so you can find your favorite) and go. There’s an app with a bunch of pre-loaded facials depending on what you’re looking for—a red carpet-style full face treatment, instant lifts, targeted areas, lymphatic drainage, etc.—and how much time you have. Pick your favorite and the treatment syncs to your ZIIP while the app plays a video that you can follow along with (very helpful for learning how to use the thing and exploring the specialty facials). But, once you have the hang of it, you can also just turn the device on and go to town. It’s set automatically to a four minute power-lifting micro and nanocurrent facial—my personal go-to because it’s effective and FAST.
But what makes the HALO 2.0 different from the OG? Glad you asked! The currents are stronger, more advanced, and 63% more precise for an even better lift and more lasting results in skin quality. They also enhanced the design to make it higher-quality/more durable (great news if you’re like me and cart it around with you every time you travel!).
What sold me originally was the lift, plain and simple.
