I’m so glad to see this pillow designed to go on top of your head! I’ve been sleeping with a (regular) pillow on my head for years and I feel like such a weirdo. But it really works for all the reasons you say!

Also recommend mouth taping! I’ve done it fairly consistently for the past few years, and it didn’t change the shape of my face but it has helped with a lot of things! I don’t wake up congested, my throat isn’t dry, I sleep better. I can definitely tell a difference on nights I forget to use it.

Been mouth taping for nearly 5 years now and it’s changed my life. No more colds, no snoring so my sleep is so much better, more energy, no chapped lips and no teeth grinding. Read the book “Breath” by James Nestor which convinced me to try it. Great book and highly recommend taping at night!

Mouth taping changed my life! It also helped my dentist’s visits since dry mouth can lead to bacteria. I truly feel like I have more oxygen in my brain?
