Shitters! Another big welcome to all the newcomers here! So excited to have you on my little corner of the internet!!! I started this newsletter to share things I’ve found and loved over the years, and I hope you find some you love just as much while you’re here! (Speaking of, these grey-black leggings are my latest obsession—so insanely comfy and flattering, and the color is a subtle break from black without being hard to pair up with everything else you own. Highly recommend!).

Now let’s get to today’s business! Back in the day when I went in to an office full time, October was a month I spent obsessively baking pumpkin treats for my coworkers (if memory serves, these frosted sugar cookies were the crowd-favorite every year—HIGHLY recommend). But aside from pumpkin recipes, I have a lot on my mind this month. 1. What am I supposed to be for Halloween?? (I saw an iconic Eric Adams couples costume idea recently—perhaps niche, but exactly mine!) 2. Do people in their 30’s go out on the night of Halloween anymore? (Unfortunately I know the answer to this question already, but I’d like to think I could be proved wrong.) And finally, 3. What does the fact that I texted my friends to ask if we could over a month in advance say about me…? (That is a question I don’t really need the answer to at all, actually!)
What I clearly lack in Halloween plans, I hope to make up for in shopping recs! On my eye this month is the only field jacket that’s turned my head this season, some fun kitchen accents, a buzzy face product, and more!
